"In 40 years of dealing with contractors we've never experienced anything close to the con job Puget Sound Plumbing's plumber Joseph pulled on us. They ripped us off for $662 for 36 minutes of labor just to swap out the valves on our new tankless water heater, and we had the new valve kit. A horrible rip off by a terrible con artist plumber at PSP, Joseph, who claimed he was a journeyman. We contacted PSP to speak with the owner and the staff claimed "we don't have his number or email." Save yourself the con job, the headache, and a ton of money, just say no! All consumers can verify that ALL plumbers in Washington "bill by the hour," and the hourly union rate is currently $90 to $135 in Seattle, King County, and per Washington state L&I, and Plumber's Union local #32."

He did the small repair quickly and answered my questions about the water heater. Plumbing service is very expensive these days, but Brandon didn’t push/sell anything, I appreciate that. "Great company, called about a backed up toilet. They were able to come out first thing the following morning. Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future. I would recommend Zoom drain as they were fast, professional and reasonably priced. Thank you for great service."

"They started in mid-October and promised to be finished 12/15. They sort of finished 1/28. They promised me that all three of them would work on my projects simultaneously and that they would get everything done quickly. Instead, there was usually just one guy working on things. The shower pan that was installed in my walk-in shower was done incorrectly so it leaked for about a month before I caught it. They did come back to fix it. The measurement of my kitchen was so off that I had to send back two cabinets and purchase another cabinet to make things right. They screwed up the shower door installation in my main bath so badly that it was unusable. That was in January. They eventually came back in April to fix the messed up tile in that shower and said they'd be back in a couple of weeks to finish things up. They didn't offer to come back until last week. By that time, I had already had all the little things and the new shower door done."
