"I found out my water heater was leaking the night before. I noticed water coming from my laundry room had made a puddle of water into the adjacent office space. I decided to wait till next morning because I knew emergency calls can be very expensive. They took the time to actually pick up some empty water bottles and trash that a previous work crew had carelessly left in the yard. The unit is working great and I am amazed at the gallons of humidity it has removed from my home. When the fan came on there was a big 'bang' from the plenum over the furnace bulging out. They had not allowed a large enough air opening to get to the furnace so there was a whistling sound.
