"Pinpoint re-graded and re-graveled my driveway, using a laser to accurately slope the drive, so water would drain away from the house. Re-grading involved excavation of the old gravel (to lower the drive), removal of some large rocks which were encountered, and hauling away of all the excavated material. New gravel was then spread and compacted. I am completely happy with the work and Pinpoint. Pinpoint was professional, with good equipment, arrived on time, did what they said they would do, completed the work promptly, didn't leave a mess, and provided a great looking job. "Great company, called about a backed up toilet. They were able to come out first thing the following morning. Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future. "I found out my water heater was leaking the night before. I noticed water coming from my laundry room had made a puddle of water into the adjacent office space. I decided to wait till next morning because I knew emergency calls can be very expensive. Next morning I started calling around for someone to come out and look at it but was finding it very difficult to find someone to come out same day. I called 3 or 4 different places and they were all not available or Did not call me back. The only company that responded to me within the hour was JM Plumbing. They were also the only company that were willing to come out same day and gave me an awesome price that beat all competitors by far. The owner agreed to come out to do the work at end of day after his last job, he arrived on time with an assistant. Was very professional, friendly, fast and did an excellent job. Total time installing was about about an hour to hour and a half. He went to buy a new water heater and new hose to replace my old one, gave me all receipts and warranty paperwork . I am very satisfied with the work he did, the heater is working beautifully and I am very pleased with the job done by JM Plumbing. I highly recommend them over anyone in olympia, they do an awesome job for an awesome price!"

"I spoke to Danika Plumbing at 8:30am re: replacing my broken HWT& Dustin & his coworker (wish I remembered his name) were at my home at 1:30. It turned out to be a complicated replacement due to the previous bad installation. The space was tight so they needed to retrieve a different HWT than they had in their truck & I'm extremely happy with it. Dustin also custom reconstructed all the venting to the furnace & sealed it properly as well as created attachments to the wall which it previously didn't have. All in all, this was not just a standard replacement & took much longer than expected but Dustin & co-worker handled it efficiently & with skill. They really care that it is all done right. "We received three estimates on this work, and SD Water Damage/Restoration was almost 5K less than the two others, who were also on Angie's List. The workers arrived on time (or slightly early) for the estimate meeting and on work days. The woodwork was outstanding, and the workmen even made small repairs at no cost on several drawers. Our impression of Mr. Bennett, who did the actual woodwork, was that he was a craftsman of the highest quality and took pride in his work on every level. If we had it to do again, we would have draped off the living room, as the sanding required extensive cleaning afterward. We would recommend this company for honesty, integrity and value to anyone."
