"We obtained several opinions and quotes, and decided to go with Mark and his team because they provided several solutions for the issue: 1) Install pipe underground that connected our sump pump output to a pop-up at the bottom of the yard, so that water from the sump pump could no longer saturate the lawn 2) plant topsoil and grass, so that the water had a place to go instead of just washing the mud down the hill, and 3) redo the concrete step at the base of our walkway with a gradient so that water would no longer collect there. "Overall, I am happy with B.O.G lawn service. The only frustration I've had to this point is that I have it documented in my profile for service to be conducted at a certain timeframe in the day. I have a dog walker come anytime between 12pm - 2pm and because the weed control may not have dried by that time I have requested my service be performed early in the morning or late afternoon. Everytime I am scheduled for service I call the office to double check where I am in the routing and everytime it is a time the may interfere when the dog walker comes over. Again - overall I'm happy with the quality of the product and how far my lawn has come since starting B.O.G but there's some room for improvement with implementing customer requests for service."
