Jose visited with me and talked through my options to either repair or replace my downstairs toilet. I decided to replace so Jose went to pick up my new toilet. When he began to install it, he noticed a small crack in it. That was unacceptable for him, so he returned that toilet and came back with another one. Replacement was done the same day I submitted my request and I couldn't have asked for better service and professionalism!"

It took years for the line to become clogged by roots. They pushed through the clog with a lot of time and effort and verified the rest of the sewer line was fine with the camera.
