"These guys were Amazing! Two months ago my pilot light on my 15 year old water heater went out. They were out within three hours to relight and give us a quote on a tankless system. The bid was very reasonable so I called the operations manager and asked him if we should move forward with the installation or hold off until the old water heater died. Two months later on Thanksgiving it started leaking. I called Excalibar back on Thanksgiving thinking I would be leaving a message and they answered. Not only did they answer but they scheduled replacement of the hot water heater for Monday and it was done by the end of day on Monday. We couldn’t be happier with the service or the tankless product. I would absolutely consider paying a little extra to get the recirculating system so that you have “on demand” hot water. It’s really nice to jump in the shower and have hot water immediately."
