It's the difference between negotiating a rehab standing on a tightrope and negotiating one with your feet planted firmly on the floor. I have no doubt that he saved us more on the rehab than we payed for the repair. He also installed a new kitchen faucet while he was there. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."
