"After answering a few questions concerning the nest, the location etc. The receptionist said she would get in touch with a technician and get back to me. Around ten minutes later the receptionist called back and said that since there were no hornets present and no apparent entry holes in the external walls the nest was most likely dormant. She gave me the option of having a technician come out and look at the nest and remove it or letting another contractor who was going to do some repairs take care of it. Since the repairman didn't have an issue with removing the nest when he did the repair, I chose that option.
BugOut could have just sent out a technician and charged for an unnecessary visit. But by asking some questions was able to determine it wasn't an emergency or dangerous situation. I will definitely keep using them.
