"I will never recommwnd Banks applinances or Angi list to anyone. Preston come out on April 1st to repair refrigerator. Removed some Ice and left stating it was repaired. 3 days later called Preston again to report issues. He stated give it some time to see if it reoccurrs. I called him back on the 11th he came on the May 12th. While moving the refrigerator he DAMAGED my floor. He immediately told me my wife won't notice it and to cut another piece fron under the dishasher. Preston left and I reported to ANGI'S list whpn REFERRED him to me.. At that point he stated he would take responsiablilty for damages. Angi list representative Brittany stated agree to get his own contractor to repair after he didn't agree to my two estimates from Home Depot and Lowes. Preston's contractor did a no show on May 28th and on May 31th. Angis list wadn't helpful. ANGIS'S REFERRED HIM TO ME."

Initially called for dryer but after light conversation of his expertise not only did he repair Samsung Dry, Installed GE Stovetop, & GE Microwave. He was very detailed and by far one of the most honest appliance repairman I’ve ever experienced. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. "The technician name is Yuri came in and smelling like alcohol, never did a proper diagnosis, hen outside to take a phone call for over 15mins back in his car he came back inside smelling like more alcohol, he came inside never attempted to touch the freezer and then just gave me a price for $576, when i reached out to the company, they never apologize with this behavior they never apologized but told me instead of charging me $75 that they gonna send somebody that no smell of alcohol in the morning and i tell them that i don't want them in my home.
