He's friendly and knowledgeable. When an issue with the subfloor required additional work, Kell made sure I knew how much it would cost to repair. He also gave me the option to pick up the materials he needed so I could avoid the markup Cransten would charge if he picked up the materials. "The project was for a Retainer wall, grading, french drain ,concrete walkway and then a sunroom. I have given the advance and paid the money for retainer wall, grading and french drain and concreet walkway. But the concree walkway is not done, grading is not done and french drain is also not done. There are a quite number of issues with current work I asked to fix is also not done. The sunroom base is done without permit and he said he obtained th epermit but country says no permit was pulled. Now for last 2 weeks he is not responding to any of my queries."

Antonio came promptly and gave us a very detailed quote for our scope of work on a kitchen renovation. I will start by saying that we hit red flags starting a month into the job. Antonio kept adding more and more things into the job that he didn’t account for. Some things that were visible while he was doing his initial estimate. On multiple occasions, vendors that we had hired told us they didn’t feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing or that he had sub contractors that knew what they were doing. We had multiple conversations with him where we did a temperature gauge and set expectations. 3 months into the job he quit mid job when frustrated. Then called us after and asked to finish the job. He didn’t pull proper permits. Our electric wasn’t remotely up to code and he tried to tell us we owed him an additional $15,000. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!"
