"Prompt service, friendly family business. Left the work area clean when they finished replacing the water heater."

"The plumber came almost at the end of the appointed time. When he arrived, he was fairly arrogant, and refused to negotiate despite coming from Angie's list. Lastly, he repaired the leaky line in about an hour, charging $530, and also did not provide the water plastic box for water line. We had to purchase one from another store. When I paid for the invoice, they didn't tell me that they are charging additional 3% with credit card. All in all, they did the work, but at a high price, and so so customer service."

"Mikey called within a few minutes of my Home Advisor search. He came out when agreed and called to confirm. Knowledgeable about tankless water heaters, he did some adjustments to our existing tankless so that we can continue to use for now. He also gave us a reasonable estimate for a point of use we may get in the near future. Professional, personable and knowledgeable. We will call them again when we need a plumber."

"Professional service technician found leak quoted price to repair leak within hour. Price for service was very reasonable so we had another facet that was rusted replaced. Happy with this company."

"Ed was prompt and fair. He came and installed the water heater the same day I called him. He stayed out that night until almost 11 and replaced our water heater. When the city came came and noticed something else needed to be completed in order to pass, he came out at no cost and made sure the job was done. I would highly recommend Ed and use him in the future."
