This has included exterior trim replacement, replacing a box window with a French door and side light unit, and replacing a large unusually sized window. He also built a beautiful mahogony deck. Indoors, he installed a french door which included fine trim work. In addition, he hired excellent subcontractors to powerwash and paint our home and build a patio, porch and walks. We highly recommend Anthony's carpentry skill, as well as his problem solving, planning and coordination skills. He is also a dependable, honest person of fine character."

"Sal amazed us. Hiring contractors is funny business. If you have an older home, you have probably had mixed experiences. Certainly everyone has heard, or experienced, a horror story. We've wanted to finish our attic and make an office for quite a while, and had a few false starts. I went to Angi's, quite honestly, out of desperation. Entered a description of work needed - didn't need to join - GREAT INTERFACE ANJI! Sal called me shortly after I posted, came over quickly, was great and understood our needs, so we hired him. Here's where the amazing things started happening. Sal shows up, on time and with the nicest crew. We can immediately tell we are in good hands. I talk to my wife, and we agree to ask Sal about several other issues around the house; rotting deck stairs, mold damage in the foyer from old leak, small plumbing headaches. Sal takes a look, says no problem, and gives us a good number. Now we not only have the attic space of my wife's dreams, but we can go into the holiday with ALL work done (understand we met Sal around Thanksgiving, and he did a lot of work.) "I had an old refrigerator, microwave and some other things to be removed from my backyard. Robert was the original guy I I contacted. We talked pricing and then arranged a Time for pickup. Vinny was the worker that came out on time I may add he introduced himself and got straight to work it took him about not even 15 minutes to get all the stuff on the trailer. We talked for a bit and he informed me that they were a construction company that also did repairs and to keep them in mind if I ever needed anything which I will I've added them to my contact list. I think Robert and Vinny are phenomenal guys. They were both professional and friendly at the same time. "Scott and his team did a terrific job. My deck looks infinitely better than it did and it is more structurally sound now than before. He replaced all the decking on the first floor deck, adding a new addition to the deck and completely renovated a screened-in porch. They removed a floating deck on the upstairs deck and resurfaced the underlying fiberglass deck adding new railings. Scott was present throughout the job with his team (3 people). With this job there were little changes that I wanted made and Scott and the team were extremely accommodating and receptive. They did solid work, were very professional and always left the worksite very clean every day. I highly recommend SCS Construction and would definitely use them again in the future."
