"Most of the time when I have had contractors come to my home, they call to confirm when they will be there, or if they can?t make it, they will let us know.  So even though I anticipated they were coming, I was not completely prepared for when they showed up.  However, they took care of everything for me, such as moving furniture, etc.  They were great about it, and the two-day job ended up being completed in one day. 

They had to mix their own stain to match the coloring of the paneling throughout the room.  They really brought my faded paneling back to life using a pickling method.  The only issue I has was that I spoke with the gentleman who provided the bid about trim and wood putty work that was needed, so I assumed they would take care of it.  However, I had to ask them to do this.  I would advise anyone who works with them to itemize everything that needs to be done with the person providing the quote and with the people performing the job to ensure things do not get left out.  When I asked, they were very accommodating and took care of all the details I asked for.

Able looked at the repair work I had originally requested and we came to a mutual decision that the product which was on the floor was substandard and after 5.5 years really needed to be replaced. We went over the bid, the time frame for completion and everything worked according to pan. "From the first meeting in the showroom to months after completion of the project when we'd call about minor issues, everything was outstanding. Steve and Vitaliy were tremendous throughout the process. Although we went into the project with the intent of solely replacing the flooring, we quickly realized that the prices were going to allow us to refinish the kitchen (at a fraction of the cost of a new kitchen) and add flooring in the bathroom and laundry room. Avenues made several trips to our house for measurements and discussion prior to beginning the project. Once the project started, any unexpected issues were brought to our attention. Items that needed to be replaced (including flooring) were completed immediately.
We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. While the quality of the product and installation were both excellent, the service we received was outstanding. We've never had an issue that's not been satisfactorily addressed.
