"I hired Cowboy Appliances Service and Repair to work on my oven. I have nothing bad to say about their services. When I sent in a report requesting services for my oven, they responded promptly. When there was still an issue with my oven after the technician first repaired it, I contacted them back after hours (that was the time when I used my oven after the services was completed) expressing my concerns. I wasn't ignored. I wasn't rushed off. My concerns were validated. The technician returned the very next day. He fixed the issue with my oven without charging me extra for the same problem or making up another problem to try to get more money out of me. I respect and appreciate that wholeheartedly giving that we live in an time where the economy is very high and some people and companies try to take advantage of their customers in their time of need. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
