"Found Eric's Plumbing Srvcs on Angie's List. Contacted at 9:36AM Monday morning to schedule someone to unclog bath tub drain in a rental apartment. Owner, Eric, met me 40 MINUTES later at Apartments. After taking apart the tub plug toggle. The tub drained. He adjusted toggle , re-installed, and told me No Charge, because "he did nothing". He showed up on time, 2 days quicker that my now "former" plumber (who I had used for 5 years) offered. When managing rental properties SERVICE is not "nothing". As a rental manager, he provided the service I like to provide my tenants. I'd rate Eric's 5 STARS on a scale of 1-4 STARs, and I am a notoriously harsh grader. I was so pleased with his SERVICE, that I requested estimates on 2 projects that have lingered due to non-responsiveness of my former plumber."
