They set a time and date and the tech called and arrived on time. He quoted the cost of the repair and I accepted based on other higher priced quotes for the job. He was able to come back same day and complete the repair. I received a text msg when he was in route. Dean, was my tech and he was very polite and completed the job in a timely manner. I paid over the phone with their office agent and she was also very sweet and polite. I received an email confirmation of my payment along with an invoice showing what was repaired and itemized costs. I highly recommend this company for plumbing repairs. I was very impressed."

"Robertson restoration is the way to go they are very polite professional and genuinely great people. Their prices are amazing and the quality of work is even better. I had to have part of my floor jack hammered up and a system put in to drain water from a crack in my Foundation they completed that in one day and drywall the next. "Mike showed-up on time and got started right away.  He removed the old flex hose that was leaking, which explains why there was a hole in the garage ceiling.  He then installed metal piping and cut a hole on the exterior house wall to vent the new piping.  The original flex hose went to the garage roof soffit and shouldn't have.  The job went well and so far, everything works fine.

"Brent and his crew were very punctual and always stayed in contact if there was any change to his plans. They worked in very unfavorable weather as they had to cut the framing and tile out side in frigid and snowy weather. Brent was always available if I had questions and he always consulted me before doing anything outside of what we first agreed upon. During the remodel process we had difficulty with the supplier of the vanity and had to return 2 before one was shipped that was acceptable. Brent was very patient with us as this held him up from finishing the job as he had planned. During the remodel I had planned to paint and do the vanity install myself but Brent quoted me a price for turn key that was very reasonable. The bathroom looks great and I did not have to lift a finger. I would recommend Brent and have already told him I will be contacting him in the near future for more of his services.
