"Prior to installation, the representative (Norm) spent a lot of time researching the proper heater and calling manufactures since there is an individual with a severe Nickel allergy in the home. So any stainless steel tanks with Nickel or Copper/Nickel piping had to be excluded.  He never made it seem like it was a problem to do the extra work.  Also everyone I have spoken to in the office for billing or scheduling is so nice, that I feel like I would be friends with them if I knew them personally.   <br /> Scott and Connor were the installers.
