I had to send a message for a response since getting a hold of them directly was not possible. They came out a week later, no wait, someone told them they came out to my home which was not true. The tech came out a week later. Not sure what was done. Fast forward, I reached out because I was still hearing something in the attic. No response to my email, so I called and was transferred two times just to leave another message. Received a missed call that they would be out on Monday, April 6 and to lock up pets. No one ever came. Lookout was a no call no show. They are not reliable"

The second time the technician was very late (which we understand happens) and the treatment was not applied throughtout but like he was in a hurry. The next time they never showed up. My husband called and they said they would send someone out the next week (the earliest they could get someone out). This was also a no-show. My husband again called and asked for a refund of monies paid as he had taken off work twice to be there. The company could never explain why they had not shown up twice nor did they offer any refund.
