"Plumbing problems can be a nightmare so having a reliable, trustworthy, honest, professional, and very competent plumber to assist you is of paramount value. We were kind of painted into a corner and need to have almost all of our sink and toilet shut off valves replaced (as in 17 of them) to satisfy the needs of a 4-point inspection and Dave (and Alyx) not only took care of every one of them, but they also fixed a toilet and did an emergency installation of a new kitchen sink spigot (and stayed over an extra hour to get it done). Dave was up front with his quote, he demonstrated a clear understanding of what I was asking for as well as what I really needed, he explained what needed to be done and why, and he delivered on time with quality parts and professional service. Our two dogs loved Dave and Alyx and they were very easy to work with - Dave took the time to listen to me which I really appreciated. My wife and I quickly trusted Dave and he delivered on time and even a bit under the final budget which left me room for a small tip. Dave knows his stuff and can handle both simple and complex issues, he is professional and thorough, and he tells it like it is in a calm and logical manner. I went in thinking a cleanup would suffice but Dave explained why we needed to replace most of the valves and it made sense to pay a little more to get a lot more in return thus maximizing the overall value to the customer. Hence, the expense that we dreaded became an investment in the home that we so love. The fact that they stayed over to fix a different problem (Kitchen faucet) demonstrates their commitment to the customer and the very professional manner in which they notify you, keep you informed, invoice you, and bill you gives you the feel of dealing with a big company with the benefit of dealing directly with a consummate professional! I give Dave's Plumbing and Drian Cleaning the highest rating and I have complete confidence in them - they most certainly will be our first call for any future plumbing related issue!"

"The gentleman that came out to the air ducts was very polite and professional. He answered all my questions and the work he did was fantastic. We had never has the ducts cleaned since we bought the house in 2005. Angie's List was running a special for $69.00 so we thought it was a good idea to have them done since we did not know if they had ever been done. Our house was built in 1981 so we didn't know how bad it old be. Turns out there was just medium dust up there so not to bad and I'm glad I had it done.
