We had a leak in our tub, which John traced back to the old faucets, which needed to be replaced by new, single faucet. Was worried about how it would look, but John made it look like it had always been that way. Once that work was done, we asked John to replace our old sink and toilet. On the day of installation, John found that the special order toilet tank had a crack in it (thank you, Home Depot!) and John went out of his way to find a replacement that same day, so that we wouldn't be out of a bathroom (only 1 in house).
