"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

"Absolutely AMAZING job! We have been searching for a general contractor for almost 6 months to take care of several projects on the exterior of our home. We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! Our deck is so beautiful, I can't stop staring at it. Light poles that a previous masonry company installed are standing tall and proud (versus lump-sided like they have been for years now!) "I hired Cowboy contractor to replace our existing entry with porcelain wood plank tile. The contractor came in and removed the hardwood floor and prep it to lay the tile. He also cut down the entry door trim and reinstalled it. Excellent work done by this contractor and I would recommend him. I definitely would use this contractor again to do work at my home."

"Gerry did an amazing job with helping me and my family rebuild our home after a loss due to a fire. Both Gerry and Seltsers & Goldstein Public Adjusters Very responsive and communicative. Gerry went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to standard and done correctly. I really appreciated the constant communication so I was never left in the dark. Because there was a time restraint there were minor details that were a little off but nothing major that we couldnâ t fix. Gerry actually did more than he needed to but it was very tremendously appreciated. He even followed up and made sure everything was how we wanted it. Gerry and his team made our home feel like home again after a tragedy and I do recommend using his services. Attached are some before and afters of the kitchen and bedroom that were both destroyed in the fire and the amazing job Gerry and his team did! "Phil coordinated and supervised the entire roof repair and shingling of our 200 year old house. He then stripped the clapboards to bare wood, replaced broken clapboards as well as soft wood behind some of them, before applying 3 coats of paint to the entire house. Phil told us up front that he took his time to do it right and would not be applying paint within three days of it raining., to ensure there would be no moisture under the paint. The work was done meticulously, with care taken to avoid any spillage or leftover material. I wish I could provide some photos to show his work!"

"The plan was to turn my two car detached garage into living space and then connect it to the main house with a hallway, along with turning the small storage room that it was connecting to, into a half bath. Ryan and Rob were quick on responding the moment I put in the estimate request and they came over the same day just to get an idea if the work could be done. We went over multiple details and they were ready to get started quickly. Work estimate was on par with what others were indicating but with Level Builders I felt like I was being listened to, and working with what I needed versus steering me elsewhere. Project took a little longer than expected since we changed the format a bit and decided to turn that projected half bath into a full bath with washer and dryer hookups. Whenever an issue arose during the construction, I was always informed immediately and asked what I wanted to do. I felt like I had a say in everything all throughout. I would recommend them to anyone that asks because the final product looks amazing! Any issues that came up were fixed quickly and I'm so happy with the results! They are for sure my go to team for any future projects I have and am so grateful for the work they've done. Thank you!!!"
