"When Timothy arrived he surveyed the problem and capped the pipe. We were able to resume using our water immediately. He promptly returned the next morning and finished the job by cutting into the drywall and removing the old connection heads (which were practically immovable). He replaced the washer hookups, as well as the connection heads, and put in a new washer box. Timothy was very courteous, professional, and reliable. HIs workmanship was excellent. "I had noticed the soil on a lower level of the garden wet just over a week before I had it fixed. I could tell that it was from a pipe coming into the property from the water main and hate wasting water. 
I checked through Angie's List and Top Contender seemed to be the only company that had the qualifications for finding leaks on hillside properties. I called then on the Friday and the earliest they could fit me in was the following Wednesday. I was a little concerned as the leak was near a retaining wall near the sidewalk but as it wasn't getting worse I waited. 
Noél called to say he would be 30 mins late and he diagnosed where the pipe was in 15mins, uncovered it and saw that it had been soldered in numerous places already. He turned the water main off and I turned on all the cold water faucets. He vacuumed the water out, but it still took over an hour and a half for the water to completely drain from the pipes. Noél would not solder until there was no more water dripping.
The water he had vacuumed we emptied into a 40g drum I use for recycling and watering the garden. 
After hearing horror stories about the cost of repairing underground leaks I was extremely pleased with his price which included a senior citizens discount. I would DEFINITELY use Noél again for this type of job. Very professional and honest.

"Two service Techs, Daniel and Kevin, came by the same day i called regarding a clogged sewer line. They were very pleasant and personable which put me immediately at ease. They performed an inspection and showed me a live video feed of my sewer line, indicating where the roots were growing in that caused the clogging. 
They recommended hydrojetting due to the size of sewer, and scheduled a visit the following day.  The next day the same techs came by and cleaned out the sewer line via hydrojetting. Afterwards they did another video inspection and showed me their results. They were professional, communicative, clean, and very pleasant to deal with.
