He extended the copper water pipes and replaced the leaky valve after explaining to both my wife and I what the issue was and what he was doing. After a competitor had been out twice to try and repair the issue, it was refreshing to see Ammon so invested in finding and fixing my issue as well as making sure I was happy with his work. Then I contacted Knockout, were able to accommodate the next morning and price was as good or better than the others. A half hour later a tech called to walk me through turning off and draining the broken water heater. Next morning at 9:30am the Knockout guy arrived and by noon I was taking the best shower of my life. Water heater is performing great, seems like top quality as was the service. Highly recommend!"
