Pavel from Mr P. Appliance Replied first and we texted and he camethe next day and showed up as promised. He put paper booties on his shoes and diagnosed the problem shortly thereafter -we needed a new drain pump - he ordered the part right then and came back within 48 hours and our washer was perfectly fixed!! They were great! Very neat and efficient! Will definitely use him again and Highly recommend!! 👍💯"
