"I had an excellent experience with Goodfellas Sewer and Drain. They recently helped me with a complex kitchen sink issue, taking apart the drain piping and garbage disposal to rod and clear the drain. "After trying several home remedies towards the end of a week we decided to secure professional help on a Saturday. Charlie returned our call within minutes and arranged to come towards the end of the day on Saturday. He explained what he was doing, was efficient, discovered and replaced an unrelated rusted pipe and cleaned up the inevitable unrestrained water from nearby surfaces."

"We have a 45+ year old house, with 3" pipes and T connectors, so the line has clogged repeatedly over the years. This time was particularly difficult, but Joe worked through the issues, including some surprises (old clean out hidden in ventilation) and consulted with me on options. I was completely satisfied with the end result, and his solution should make future clogging issues easier to resolve. Will definitely use A1 Superior plumbing again."

"Not the best. I had work done from this company about a month ago. It was a 6 hour job, was responsibly priced and they did a great job. Had this company come out again today due to a small and slow leak (different issue than previous visit). I was quoted double what the first job cost and this job is just replacing a single pipe. The technician was friendly but man, just feel like they were taking advantage of the situation. Pretty let down."

"I called Jon after an unsuccessful call back from other plumbing company. He was scheduled to come out on saturday and while he did show up, he did show up late. i assume he's a busy guy. i had cleared the cabinets, removed drywall to expose the pipes to make it easier to work and sure enough, he was in and out in 20 minutes. He replaced two sections of busted pipe and then reconnected them. i thought the price was fair.
he does provide some additional info on how to keep this from happening which i appreciated.
i plan to call him for a future project estimate."
