"I had this guy come by for a quote. He quoted me $450 to repair roof. After his bank issues and no reply back? I called left a msg to cancel job. He showed up unannounced and made repairs without any explanation as to what he did. Roof continued to leak so I had to get roof completely redone (15k) by another company. Never heard from him again until he sent new invoice which was now $250 giving what he called a $200 discount. I took pictures of what he did which was basically a tube of asphalt caulk over exposed nails and areas. In my head? maybe $50 worth of service. I will write the check this week to close this account but will not be using Angi again thanks for nothing."
