He was a good communicator, and I feel went above and beyond in managing the problem, so it was completely eradicated. He was very encouraging and informative and helpful because I have never had this problem before. He came back an extra time because of my stress level and reassured me and did some extra checking to assure me things were progressing safely. He was aware of managing the environment to be safe for children, pets and other animals. I'm glad he's going to come back every two months for a very low fee.
