"Ruben checked the unit for a couple of minutes and informed me that the thermocouple was gone. He gave me my options and suggested a repair rather than a replacement of the unit, gave me the cost upfront and told me that if the repair did not work, he would apply the charge to the cost of a new unit. The water heater works perfectly now. The charge was fair and I am perfectly satisfied with the transaction. It seems that Ruben is one of the good guys."

"Diamond House recently did a bathroom remodel. Replaced all the plumbing fixtures and drains due to a leak. Throughout the renovation the project manager and office staff stayed in great communication and kept me informed of progress through whole project! The bathroom turned out beautiful! Highly recommend!"

"Wesley was extremely responsive. He made all efforts allowing us to continue doing our business at home while he was assessing the problem, assembling his crews, and obtaining a City permit. We were well informed of the progress. His crew did an excellent and clean job, working long hours getting the job done. Including excavated to a depth of 10 feet, patched up our concrete driveway and patched up the AC roadway nicely. Wesley even found time to replace our kitchen faucet and under drain without extra charge. Don’t believe he would be the cheapest initial estimate you would get. We would definitely ask him for all future plumbing needs."

"Athen did an amazing job installing my utility sink. The job turned out to be bigger than what he quoted, but he kept the same price he originally quoted me. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was custom and solid . He was professional, courteous, and friendly. Highly recommend !"

"Job went great! Bob gave me a very competitive estimate for the Re-Pipe and went the extra mile in recommending materials for the walk on shower I had discussed with him. I accepted his bid and the work was scheduled: replace the main water line from the meter to the house, Re-Pipe all hot and cold water lines inside the home, demo the existing master tub & shower and replace with walk in shower, repair all drywall and ceiling access points and texture as required. Job went great! The main line and Re-Pipe were done in the 4 days promised. The on-site supervisor, Rudy, was awesome and made sure everything was done perfectly. The walk in shower was delayed a day due to shopping damages to the product, but was quickly resolved by the crew as they tracked down an available replacement. A few unexpected problems came up but were quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. I will keep their name handy for any future plumbing needs."

"Jose Martinez is prompt and very personable. He explained the genesis of the problems that I was having with my kitchen sink, showed me the deficiencies and suggested solutions. The sink drain/trap had to be replaced (lost treads), and clogged pipes required replacement (along with snake and chain cleaning further along. Sink now drains perfectly."

"Roger, owner and plumbing, showed up on time...performed all requested and required repairs. He did a a great job performing the necessary repairs and cleaning up afterwards with charging a very fair price. I'm beyond happy with all of the completed work."
