"Woke up to no water pressure and water spewing out of our pressure tank like a geyser. After calling around another plumbing company recommended calling Johnson for service. The man who answered the phone was very courteous and knowledgeable. It was Saturday so he said he'd have to dispatch a worker and they would be there shortly. They arrived about an hour later, and immediately went to work replacing our pressure tank. They pointed out what was wrong, and even suggested replacing a fitting coming out of the well pump because it was rusted and prone to failure. They did the job quickly, and the work was very neat. They checked the flow at various places in the house to make sure pressure was correct. When the flow was low in our kitchen he removed a restrictor (which we were unaware of) and that helped tremendously. When finished he left some instructions concerning maintenance, and left his personal cell phone number in case we had any problems over the weekend. Overall they did an excellent job and we would definitely recommend them to other customers, and will definitely give them our future business. <br />"

"Very good service across the board. Sales professional was punctual, knowledgeable, and polite. Our concerns were addressed and solution provided. The man that performed the work was great as well, he explained the work again and was done on time. The job came in well under budget, and we honestly wouldn't have known, they could have charged us the full amount but didn't. One note: This job was to address water seeping in through a crack in the basement and we haven't had much precipitation since the job has been done. While I have confidence that the problem is solved, I don't have any real proof yet."
