Ran into a major hick up due to the whole COVID19 issue but he kept us informed and ensured that work did not stop once construction started. "We first called Gino almost a year ago, and didn’t really know exactly what we wanted to do. He gave us some good ideas, and we took some time to think about it. When we were finally ready and called him again, I wasn’t sure he would remember us, but he remembered everything we had talked about and even noticed a French door we had replaced.
