"Excellent responsiveness.  Having found termite hills in our basement for the first time we were extremely eager to get exterminators over to inspect and then treat.  They were able to visit the same day and schedule treatment for early the next week - compared to the other exterminator we spoke with which would have been a week to visit and then 2 more weeks to treat.  I do not like to think of an additional 3 weeks of termites destroying my house.  The guys were very professional, showed up on time, explained the problem and the treatment and took care of it for a reasonable price.  The service came with a warranty so if the bugs show back up Im assured that Modern will be back to try again.
