"From sales to project completion the company was amazing. There are so many companies that provide baths and you never know who to trust. Robert my salesman was thorough and very knowledgeable in the products to help me decide what I needed for my mother. They helped me with financing options and managed the install! They do it all turn key and it was so nice to not have to deal with different people from different companies."

"After the repair was done I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling where one of the roof vents were replaced. I called the Subcontractor Brian on a Saturday morning. The weather was cold and raining. He was at my house within the hour up on the roof and fixed the leak. I havent had any leaks since. I would hire Brain the Subcontractor again."

From tear off to install, everything went very smoothly. Custom has great field management and they are quick to address any issues that typically arise when a job is in production. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in keeping me up to date with what’s going on in their area of expertise and that helps me greatly as a GC.
