"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! I absolutely recommend this company to others and will definitely use them again in the future!"

"It went wonderful. Yes, pictures are included from the bad project aka what they had to fix, to the crew making the kitchen beautiful and a delight for my family and me to really enjoy. They fixed all the bathroom faucets. They fixed two broken drawers. They took the moldy fan(pictured) and replaced it with beautiful lights I bought from IKEA. And they painted the ceiling area where the roof leak damage occurred. Will show as many photos as I can submit. Dean, Garman, and Matt were a great team and I am so glad that I found them. And I found them here through Angie's List. Pricing was done on individual projects at different interludes. Thus does not reflect entire projects costs overall. I forgot the overall costs as we were adding on projects to a fixer-upper. Yet Action Door-Dean was very amazing and priced as such for me."

"Colmar Contracting is the best. We contacted four separate contractors in May/June for estimates to paint our home this summer. We were reluctant to bring in others to work on our home as we try to do all of our own house projects. Painting is not one of our strengths and therefore we decided to contract out for quality of work and timely completion of such a large project. With most estimates being fairly similar, we decided to work with Colmar and were not disappointed. Along with listening to our ideas as to what we wanted, they also provided expert insight into those ideas and helped shape our final decisions. The painters showed up promptly and ready to work hard every day. They were very accommodating to me as I was off work and home during the time frame they were working in our home. The painters were friendly, courteous, and attentive to our requests. They finished painting our entire home in only eight days. Our biggest concern was attention to detail and we are very impressed with the quality of their wok as well as their willingness to meet our demands and go above and beyond expectations. Lee and his crew were set to start April 30th.  He called and said they would be able to start 2 days earlier on April 28th if that was okay with us.  They showed up promptly at 8:00 AM every working day and departed at 4:00 PM.  Debris was cleaned up each day.  Work was finished in a timely manner

.  We had a few minor issues but they were resolved quickly on the follow up before our final payment with no problem. 

   We will use him again on future projects.
