"Jakubek is a reliable family business, and we absolutely loved working with the father-son duo (David&Robert). They were on top of the project from the start, giving us a clear understanding of what to expect in what phase and their estimates were fair with clear breakdowns (unlike other companies giving you quotes based on fluffy assumptions). They have a good team of workers who did an excellent job in both our bathrooms, which we renovated, so the work included several things from structure change to tile installation, electrical, plumbing and handy services. More than the people or the work itself though, we appreciated the project management and communication from David. David constantly communicating and sharing updates on the project helped us move smoothly and stay on top of everything. We love our bathrooms now, and we feel like we live in a totally new home because both bathrooms completely changed! "We completely remodeled a family room and the results were beyond our expectations. This job was done quickly and efficiently and nobody could have done it better. The demolition of the room was down to the studs. New framing was done, we added a closet, built-in book shelves, added a custom window seat with drawers below the seat, added a custom cabinet, lighted ceiling fan, and canned lights. New hardwood flooring was installed, stained and finished. Finally, the room was painted to finish the job. Mark and his team understood our concept and took it to a higher level."

"It went extremely well and very smooth! We love our new bathroom (well, its been five months - sorry guys for the late review!) We had a small and very outdated full bathroom with amongst other things: a bathtub liner, a soffit above the tub that served absolutely no purpose, wood floor and an awkwardly located linen closet. We now have a beautiful bathroom including a tiled shower/tub, a custom cabinet & drawers replacing the old linen closet, porcelain tiled floor and no more soffit which makes our small bathroom look much bigger. Terry, Jody & Brian are THE best. If you want quality, efficiency, timeliness and professionalism, they're the only only way to go. Simply put, we wanted quality work done in a timely manner. We didn't want to deal with a job that was just going to drag on no matter how good the quality. They live up to their reputation. "Americraft was professional and the work was done as agreed upon. They kept me informed throughout the process, and even worked around other workers that were in the house. The final product was better than expected. Work was completed on time (actually early). If/when the need comes up for another remodel I would certainly hire them again."

"We hired Jack some time ago for some big jobs and are having issues now because of shoddy work done at the time. First, both bathrooms’ ceilings were painted with flat paint. Over time, the moisture caused the paint to flake and mold to form. A semi- gloss should have been used, which I would have expected a professional to know. We had them install a jacuzzi tub. The plumber mixed the hot and cold lines. We had to shut the water to the jacuzzi off to be able to get hot water in the shower. We will be selling soon and this will not be a cheap fix. The upper cabinets they installed in the kitchen are coming off of the ceiling. The rest of the work was okay, but not happy about having unprofessional with done after we paid so much."
