They completed the work timely and exactly how I wanted  The tree looks like it never had several  large limbs removed. The limbs had to be removed as every fall we would get bombarded with a ton of walnuts and we weren't able to sit out in our back yard. The camera installation was a bit complex, but worked out. He also activated a remote garage door opener for us! Really needed that.
