"I hired them for roach,ant and rodent control in a disabled relative's 5th wheel they were excellent the treatment was pet friendly and they treated her with respect they educated her on how to avoid getting them again.So far so good."

"We have them do the pest control around the house (outside). They came and spray everywhere outside of the property. We have an annual contract with them. They will come every quarter. We like them because they claimed they use eco friendly pesticide. No complain as of yet. They used the internet to sent us the receipt and what service they did. <br />"

"I tried to buy one from them but they said I was out of the area so Angie’s List refunded the money that I have paid. They’ve been effective. I guess that part is good. I don’t know much about pest control. The people were cordial and they return calls fairly quickly. In that regard, they’re doing well. They are a little bit higher than other companies but they are nicer to work with."

"Debby Miller, the office manager, responded so kindly to my poor review, and reminded me that the re-visit was to take care of another pest issue that the service men discovered and took care of, after fully explaining the problem and my agreeing that it did indeed need to be taken care of! They did take care of the ant issue, and the other pest issue that I forgot all about when I wrote my review. The service people, James and David, were very courteous and explained everything so well and I am so sorry that I forgot about the rodent issue that they took care of and need to come back a second time to verify that it is resolved."

"One has fairly easy access but the other is quite difficult. Also have made repeated trips to check if rats were gone (and pick up any newly dead) plus sealing off spots where rats and/or raccoons might enter."
