Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."

They cleaned the unit for $65 and recharged the unit right then and there with 1 lb of refrigerant. Now it is working great for ~$300. The technician gave us recommendations as if it were his own home and said the quick and inexpensive fix is where you should start. We might not need to do the more expensive leak-check at all unless the system continues to leak substantially."
