"We decided we needed to better secure our house to prevent animals from getting into our attic, our walls, and the area below our raised foundation. The reviews for Stealth are wonderful so we called them up. We had an inspection performed. This was done to determine if we still had a problem and to figure out where we needed to better secure our house. Trevis and Gavin came out, set traps, and pointed out where we needed to cover possible entry points. Some of these places we would have never spotted, but there they were, obvious to people who have experience in the field. A few days later, Gavin and Tyler came to check the traps and do the work. "He came out and inspected our home and found where the rats were entering under the eve and informed me about what they would do to catch the rats and stop future infestations. I told him I didn't want to spend that much so he told me about what I could do to stop them myself it I wanted to do the work. So I just paid for the inspection and I did the work myself and it took care of the rat problem. I'm very satisfied with the service."

"Omega Animal Removal - did not remedy the situation for which they have been paid. In Sep. 2020, we paid $2500 to Omega Animal Removal to remove squirrels that had broken into our attic. In Nov. 2020, I noticed squirrels had re-entered the attic, so I contacted Omega Animal Removal. Over the span of 4 weeks, I called and texted 5 times without ever receiving a reply. In Dec. 2020, I called the office and they dispatched a tech to my house. He remembered working on the house and agreed that the recent re-entry and damage was aggressive and needed repair. We made an appointment for his return the following week to remove the squirrels and make the repairs. He was a no-show on the appointed date. In Jan. 2021 I called the office again asking why the tech missed the appointment. I still have not received a reply from the tech or the office. I selected Omega Animal Removal based upon positive reviews and their 'lifetime' guarantee. I paid top dollar and yet my rodent problem has not been resolved and I can't get anyone at Omega Animal Removal to address and remedy the situation for which they have been paid. UPDATE 1/23/2021 - Good News- I did hear back from Omega Animal, one day after my posting here. They apologized and dispatched a guy to remedy the hole. I appreciate them taking care of this as advertised. I change their grade from an F to an A. I support them 100% ."

"Jeremy and Ben did a thorough and professional job in capturing and removing for release 4 raccoons and 2 opossums that were damaging my yard. They first did a property assessment, listened to all my concerns and answered all questions, then set and baited cages. Over a period of approximately two weeks, several animals were caught. They were extremely responsive to my phone calls and arrived very promptly to pick up the captured animals. They display a strong commitment to their work and a deep understanding of nature and the details of their work."

"I was very pleased with the experience.  I had been suffering a nightmare scenario of very persistent rats that had fallen in love with my car (that was parked outside in the drive way).  After three trips to the mechanics shop and complete failures to DIY the problem, I called Choice Pest Control.  He inspected the area and gave my home a look over.  While we did not have an indoor problem, he gave a lot of good advice about securing that better as well.  In any case, with all the advice he gave he was very forthright saying I could probably do the work myself, but that being experienced in doing it he would probably be able to do it faster and easier.  Ultimately, I happily let the professional do the work and he installed several bait traps.  I haven't had an attack on my car since and actually caught site of one of the culprits post trap, which was a little macabre but satisfying. <br />"
