"We are incredibly happy with the new Trane AC systems that we recently had installed. We wanted to replace our existing 20 years old systems with new state of the art technology with an emphasis on efficiency and reliability. Based on internet research Trane is #1 in the market. Again, based on internet research “Johnny On the Spot Air Conditioning & Heating” (JOHNNYS) are rated TOPS in the Las Vegas market by the BBB, Google reviews and Yelp. Our experience with JOHNNYS was GREAT! As a lifelong comparison shopper JOHNNYS was my first call, followed by many other quotes for Trane AC systems and the manufacturer that is generally rated #2 in the market. JOHNNYS was the best deal and the had the best representative/agent (James) that visited my home. Hector (the lead technologist) and his install team did a great job! They were -- on time, quick, always followed COVID protocol and left the work site supper clean. Replacing a split AC system is not a trivial task. For a process that is large/complex/physically demanding Hector and his team, just got started and ground through the process like professionals (that they are). I was particularly impressed by the check list or run-down Hector did at the end each day with his team. I felt extremely comfortable and confident with both James and Hector through the entire process. One added note: “Johnny On the Spot Air Conditioning & Heating” answered the phone on the second ring every time… cannot say that about every company I got quotes from here in Las Vegas."

"<strong>After the repairman called his office. He explained the cost and the control valve might be under warranty. I give them the go ahead to perform the repairs. Repairman left to get the part, returning about 1 hr later. He replaced the control valve and started the water heater. He asked me to turn on some hot water faucets to get the hot water heater going properly. This control valve feeds the burner which heats up the water in the tank. I did smell gas at this time, thought it was just gas lingering around from the fact he disconnected some pipes that feed the unit. He left after everything appeared to be working. I left my garage door open to air the area out. I did go in and out my garage that evening and the next morning (Sat 4.20.2014) didn't smell any gas. I took a shower got dressed went into the garage to run some errands and there was a heavy gas odor coming from my water heater. Called Jenni Plumber and got their answering service and advised them of the odor of gas. She told us to turn off the gas and a repairman should be here in 1 1/2hrs. On call repairman arrives checks out the unit and finds the feeder tube from the control valve to the burner is loose. The burner is appox 1-1 1/2 ft from where the leak was. I would say that's a very dangerous for a potential explosion. The on call tech was professional and concerned.<br /> I never heard a word from Jenni Plumber thought they would at least make a follow up call is in order.<br /> WILL NEVER CALL THEM FOR ANYTHING IN THE FUTURE!</strong> <br />"

"<p>We got a phone call from the water company saying they were seeing excessive water movement at our second house; it just happened to be for sale! We rushed over and saw what looked like a small amount of water in the front yard. Of course next comes the inevitable calls for quotes; to add insult to injury this was on a Sat! Most companies said they couldn't come out until the next Monday, Paul said he could stop by in less than a couple hours. He gave us a quote and explained the main water line to the house was leaking; the yard was going to be dug up to some degree so the pipe could be replaced. We called around again and got some revised estimate but again most companies wouldn't be out until Mon or Tues. </p> <p>I found Pauls' estimate to be very reasonable and he said he could start right away and be done by Monday. </p> <p>He replaced the existing leaking water main and returned the yard to order.</p> <p>We found him to be very punctual and detail oriented. </p> <p>I will use him in the future in my home and in my business.</p> <p>Very nice guy which is a plus!</p> <br />"

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"
