"If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This company delivered one of the most disappointing, careless, and blatantly misleading ?services? I?ve ever experienced. I made my request extremely clear: I needed a dead mouse REMOVED from inside my house. Nothing complicated. Nothing unclear. Just do the job I called for. What I got instead was someone walking around the OUTSIDE of my home for about 10 minutes, doing absolutely NOTHING related to the issue, fixing NOTHING, identifying NOTHING, and then charging me $199 for work I never asked for and that provided ZERO value. The dead mouse is still inside untouched because they never even bothered to look. This was NOT a misunderstanding. It was a complete disregard for the customer and a blatant attempt to justify a charge for a service they didn?t perform. It feels predatory, dishonest, and completely unprofessional."

I panicked when I began to imagine what the possible treatments could look like, as well as the disruption in my home for my children. She seemed very knowledgeable, but equally as important, very understanding and nurturing. Then came Ben. This guy was super informative and was in no hurry to answer any and all questions. He genuinely cares, and I did not feel like just a number sharing all of my concerns and fears. Ben was honest, patient, and knowledgeable. Very personable and a true bug expert. "Absolutely terrible. Do not ever use. I was sold on the service by a technician who was working on the house next door. He did a very brief inspection and claimed to see droppings in various locations. Some locations were accurate, but he showed me a picture of an A/C unit with a lot of droppings in it, which I later checked, and did not see any in ours. I called to cancel, and surprise, there was a huge cancellation fee of $250, which the technician did not tell me about. He did tell me "you can cancel anytime" so not an outright lie, but he omitted the fee. The line about the fee is in the contract, but that isn't something you normally read when someone is handing you a tiny iPhone screen to sign with your finger. I should have looked at the contract more closely, but this is clearly a company with shady practices who encourage their technicians to lie by omission and hook prospective customers who just want to get pests and rodents out of their house."
