I hired Harmon & Harmon for some upgrades/repairs in a home I recently bought, including a major renovation of my attic (dark, unfinished space, bare studs) to be a fully finished room. Dennis saw the potential of the attic (which was huge & very open). Now fully finished, the attic has a beautiful composite wood-grain floor, finished walls, recessed lighting, full climate control with a mini-split, and he was even able to add a window with a view to the water. It is a huge room that now functions as a TV room for the kids with a big sectional couch, one corner is an extra closet/storage nook for my wife, & the gabled window area has table & chairs for reading and enjoying the view. We had some weather issues (snow) that caused a bit of a delay but he was in constant contact with us and we were able to get everything done quickly and efficiently. He makes you feel like you're working with a friend more than a contractor. We have a few other projects coming up that we will only hire Opportunity Construction for. Quality of the work done was 10/10 people think that the enclosed porch was here from day one it is so spot on."
