"Around 6pm on a Monday night we heard thrashing and animal growling coming from inside the basement wall of our house.  Further investigation revealed there was an opossum holed up in there.  Exploring the yard revealed a second possum that seemed to be trying to climb in with the first one. We called Animal Pros and they answered immediately, offering to come out that very night and remove the opossum.  They confirmed over the phone that they would charge a flat rate for the visit regardless of how many animals they found, which got my attention right away because other animal removal companies often charge a base rate for coming out and additional charges per animal.  I've heard of people paying $400 base rate and then $60 per animal, whereas Animal Pros were ready to come out and remove every creature they could find for $250.  Austyn arrived within 20 minutes of our call - very impressive, especially late notice on a weeknight!  He was professional and friendly, and made us feel we were in good hands right from the start.  He quickly removed both opossums without causing any undue damage to the basement wall, then proceeded to discover and remove two other opossums who had been hiding in the same area but hadn't drawn attention to themselves by yowling or thumping around.  FOUR OPOSSUMS.  And he took less than 30 minutes to get them out!  I can't express the sudden transformation from horror and chagrin when we discovered our basement was infested with opossums to relief and joy when they were instantly, cheaply, and professionally removed by hands-down one of the nicest, politest, most efficient  home maintenance professionals I have ever encountered.  If I ever have the tiniest bit of trouble with critters in future I'm calling Animal Pros ASAP, and I'll recommend them above all others to anyone with pest problems."

"The gentleman who came to my house for the initial inspection was very thorough and polite. I learned a lot about the nature of termites, different types of roaches, spiders, and other pests and how to control them. He told me what to look out for and how to prevent infestations. The following schedules were made for pest control and termite control. He also put up with my goofy sense of humor and suggested I not napalm the roaches like I'd wanted. Ha. <br /> The pest control technician was incredibly thorough. He sprayed literally every crack and crevice of my house inside and out, and asked appropriate questions to make sure he didn't leave anything out. In addition to the pest spray he also cleared away all of the spider webs around my house, applying a product that would help keep them from wanting to rebuild in the future. He offered helpful tips as well, showing me an area of ant-invasion I wasn't even aware of on my deck. The fact that he noticed something so subtle will allow me to fix it now before it becomes a serious issue, so thanks for saving me some serious repair bills later down the road. <br /> I wasn't there for the termite service but when I got home that afternoon I saw that all of the appropriate work had been done and a work order left at my door. I don't remember what they're called, the little green traps/poison centers/whatever are buried all around my house. <br /> I feel very confident that the people who did the work were honest and earnestly seeking to do their very best. I've got dead roaches to prove that their product works. At first I was leery of trying something and quot;greenand quot; but it's low odor, kills the pests, and I feel good knowing it isn't going to harm my baby. <br />"

My pet doesn't get allergies from their products. They are very responsive. They listen to what my pest problems are, because I live in the country. "<ol> <li>It went absolutely great!  My husband and I had never been in the position to think that we would ever have to use an Animal Control Services.  I called, at least, six different companies.  Well, those companies did not service the Chattanooga area.  Their advertisement stated otherwise.  That's when I called Animal Control Ermergency Services and spoke with Charlie.  John, who my husband and I worked with, came out the very next day to set-up traps.  John is wonderful and knows his stuff.  It was exciting and scary at the same time.  We were excited about his knowledge of all types of wildlife, but we were scared because we've never had raccoons under our deck.  We have a small dog, so it had to go!!!  John came out every other day to check the traps.  To make a long story short, he caught the raccoon and 3 possums...of course all on different days.  John would come out every other day to check and haul whatever wildlife was trapped.  Charlie and John are great to work with.  They are professional, punctual, and respond quickly to your calls.  I hope I don't have to use their services again but if I do, I know they are just a phone call away. :)</li> </ol> <br />"
