"Did great job! Repair or Install a in-house sewer pipe."

"David and his team are always on time and deliver exceptional quality work. I did 3 big projects with them over last 2 years and will hire them again if needed. His estimates are very accurate and he will tell you when the project should be done. I recently had to call them right before 4th of July due to my boiler not firing. He came next day and quickly found the issue (the back draft sensor triggered and had to be reset). He explained why this usually happens and how to reset it myself. He and his crew had a project in my area and due to that didn't charge for this visit. This is the honest plumber I was looking for!"

"Harvey and his team were fantastic they found a leak in my main sewer drain system and come to find out it was crack from basement to second floor and they removed old pipe and install new pipe including repairing floors and walls I would definitely hire and recommend Harvey thank you Harvey"

"They came out on a weekend and we're our saving grace during one of the most frustrating experiences we've had in this house. We couldn't use any plumbing without flooding the basement with sewage, it was early stay at home days, and we felt like we would go mad. They showed up and gave us an price for replacing the broken pipe, and set in to work. They worked for the entire weekend essentially, staying extremely late at night and showing up early the next morning, and at one point driving far out at night to get supplies since their usual local place was closed (again, quarantine time) . The reason it took so long was because after opening up the floor to get to the end of the pipe to replace it they found more damaged pipes, and replaced those as well. By the end of it they had spent the entire weekend on a job they expected to only last an afternoon, had charged us not nearly enough for the amount of work they did, and fixed a leaking bidet we had for free for good measure. They also advised us to do camera scan to look for any other problems, which they couldn't do until the water drained out, and even did an initial mop of the basement (which, remember, sewage flooding). I'm honestly half convinced these people are magic helpful brownies or something, it's unreal how helpful they were! Somehow our drier which has not succeeded in drying clothes for over a year has started working in a single cycle since they left, despite the fact they didn't even do anything with it, and in fact specifically said they don't do driers and offered to recommend someone else when we mentioned it. Suffice to say, I cannot recommend them highly enough"

"William came over when we had a leak going from our shower into the basement, and he honestly saved the day! He took the time to really listen and figure out exactly what was wrong, and he had the problem fixed relatively quickly. He was extremely professional, respectful, personable, and just an all-around great person to have in our home. He cleaned everything up when he was finished, and by the next day everything was completely back in order. I was honestly blown away by the entire experience. It’s not every day you come across someone who is so knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely pleasant at the same time. I would absolutely recommend William to everyone! "Another great service from GOOD TIDINGS. Steve and his assistant came in and explained thoroughly the job that needed to be done and offered great advice for preventative maintenance. They replaced my rear outdoor faucet , shutoff valve handle , and heating system tune up. Don’t hesitate to use this great company."

"Cane in time, detected the problem, made a timely repair, satisfied"

"They got back to me, scheduled an appointment and came when they were supposed to. The tech. checked everything and told me he'd have to look up some info and would get back to me with a quote. He was polite and professional although, I wasn't so sure he had worked with a PEX mana-block before. I'll never know because they never got back to me with the quote."

"He was very knowledgeable, considerate, and respectful about answering and questions. I would highly recommend anyone with any drain or clogged issues to use them."
