"The owner was very informative when I spoke to her about our problem - a dead animal underneath our home. She provided us with a very reasonable quote and said that she could send someone out that day. The serviceman was very prompt and let us know when he was on his way to our house. He was able to locate the animal quickly and remove it. We were also impressed by the level of humane care towards animals, as the serviceman had a litter of baby raccoons that he was transporting to a rescue from earlier that day. Overall, we had a great experience with this company! We'll be going to them for any animal-related needs in the future."

"I didn't know pest control could be so easy. We suffered from mice issues at our last house and just kept playing the game of setting traps over and over again. When we moved last fall, the house we bought was beautiful but had mouse droppings everywhere and I mean everywhere. Sergio's sent a technician named Kurt, and he did a complete inspection and located all of the tiny access points on the outside of the house, set traps and then later that day sent me a complete report that included any access points with descriptions and pictures. We then hired someone to come and fill and secure all of the access points, based on the thorough report that we received. As scheduled, Sergio's came back, checked traps and we did find one mouse in a trap but it was determined it was trapped inside when we sealed the outside. Now 10 months later we have not even found one live mouse anywhere in our home. I'm sad that the previous owner had to deal with this but I'm happy we were finally able to take control of the situation. Tomorrow Sergio's is coming back to treat the inside and outside for insects (ants, earwigs, centipedes, etc) and I am SO LOOKING FORWARD to not having to find and kill random earwigs all summer. Thank you Kurt for your knowledge, your patience with all of my questions, and for giving me the peace that comes with a mouse-free home."

"100% would recommend Mica from Plunkett’s to deal with your cockroach issues. We had roaches off and on for many months, despite a good cleaning regime etc., and eventually realized other units in our shared building had the same issues. Mica quickly and precisely diagnosed the source of the issue, was real with us about time and possible costs, worked with us in coordinating multiple units, patiently answered all questions, and in the end helped my neighbors and I deal with this extremely persistent issue in a relatively short time frame. He approached treatment with a lot of care and thought, in particular listening and adjusting for our concerns re: safety of our young toddler. This was a big one for us! Plunkett’s was a bit more expensive than some other pest control companies we looked at, but neighbors had already tried multiple other services and it never got rid of the issue. In the end, it was probably cheaper than multiple ineffective treatments, but more importantly we haven’t seen a roach in several months."

"Needed assistance with pest control and extermination (mice). Called Critter Catchers and they were able to send someone out that day to inspect the house. David was extremely professional and courteous and really helped to explain my options. The cost I provided included the house inspection and opting in for their full mice control program which included preventative measures for my attic, garage, basement, main floor, and exterior of the house. I'm sure others would consider these services costly, but for me it paid for peace of mind and quality of service in addition to actually getting rid of the mice! Would definitely recommend them if you have bat or mice issues as that's what they specialize in."
