"I had to have my deck refinished because I had done it myself and really did a bad job:))) Alex responded right away and was able to get in and get the deck stripped and refinished quickly. It really looks great, he did a wonderful job. He was reliable and in great communication about the cost, the likely outcome ( since he had to try to remove my very over applied oil based stain) and about the timing of the work. I would recommend him and I will use him again for any deck or painting needs I have!! excellent!"

"I had a water leak around a window. Jorge promptly came and inspected it as well as all my windows. He took pictures of what he found. Very little caulking around the windows and there were gaps in it. He showed me the pictures and we discussed the work that needed done. With the Fall rain season upon us, he was able to quickly schedule the work. I really appreciated this. Once he completed the work, he took me around and showed me what he did. It looks much better than the previous caulking! I recommend Jorge for his attention to detail and efficiency. I am going to keep in him in mind for any future needs and definitely call him."

"There are always things with a paint job that get missed and show up after the paint dries. Eric was great about fixing things that made the house look like a million dollars. Excellent work. He went above and beyond and was worth every dollar. Every concern was addressed very fast and the overall quality made me extremely happy."

"We are very happy with how Serge was able to go through our list of home maintenance projects, and complete them all in less than 2 days. He repaired cracked plaster on walls, and repainted them; installed cabinet handles; fixed a short in a light switch; fixed a toilet; and re-grouted the tile in a shower. He was dependable, arriving on schedule, and easy to contact and communicate with. When we needed him to come back to retouch a small chip in the grout, he set up an appointment and prompting took care of it. "I could not be more pleased with Joseph and the work he performed. I needed an existing patio to be replaced due to tree roots which impacted drainage towards the house foundation. After 5 bids, I decided to go with Joseph due to his competitive bid and demonstrated expertise. He and his team were stellar, solid communication, friendly, and took the time to explain to me the leveling/answering all my questions. In 3 short days the project was completed and it looks great. "Overall the workers did a fabulous job. There was so much foliage to cut back. I was concerned about the general vagueness of the contract though and tried to get the details confirmed with Mike (the supervisor) before signing. This was a difficult process, but since pictures were taken before the bid, and Mike seemed confident with what needed to be done, I thought it was a good deal. By the time all of this had been handled, a couple of weeks had passed so I called the office to confirm that the contract would still be honored before signing. Throughout this whole ordeal my attempts to set up regular maintenance service were not acknowledged. As I said the men did a great job with the overall clean-up, but there were specific items on the contract that were not done. Having paid half of the amount before the work started, I let them know that I would be happy to pay the other half when all of the work listed on the contract had been completed. A week and a half later Mike called to inspect my yard. The young man with him took care of the neglected cuttings. Mike followed me to the backyard where a short walk-way was to be made with bricks we had at home. This is when he said he had lost money on this job. When we began to discuss why the walkway was not done, he made many excuses that I corrected. He claimed the existing concrete walkways along the side of the house were not there before and that was what it referred to. He then claimed that cleaning those existing walkaways was what it meant. Next, that the people typing his notes must have misread them. Next he claimed he had forgotten that it needed to be done. Afterwards he took excessive amounts of time just staring at the ground where the path was to be laid without saying anything to me. I had the typed contract in my hand which stated the exact height and width of the path. I kept showing him the area where the contract referred and explaining why it was chosen in order to jog his memory. He began to say he sort of remembered. When I told him that I was not pleased that this was not done, he whipped his head to me seemingly shocked. More nonsense and hem-hawing occurred. Eventually I said I didn't want his workers to do the job. I turned to the house to leave, paid compliments to his workers, and as he was turning around the corner of my house, he offered to take $200 off the total for the path not being built. To end my review, I would like to add that in all the time that Mike was at my house, not once did he apologize for anything. I will never use them again and never recommend them to my friends."
