His crew arrived the next day to "dry out" all infected areas as well as remove all water damaged dry wall as well as attic insulation that had been ruined because of water. All work took about a week and was professionally done and looked as good as the original. We were pleased with the work. Would recommend !!"

"Excellent! Mike called us the day after we contacted him, I think it was Thirsday, and said they could start on Monday. He estimated it would take them two days and then finish up on Wednesday. His installer, Armando, got started around 9 a.m., and continued to lay the flooring until it was done, approximately 6:30 p.m. He came back the next morning to install the baseboard and do all the finish work. That only took a few hours and it was all done! This was so much faster than we expected, and it looks fantastic! We would definitely recommend CTM for flooring installation."

He returned my call by 9:00am and set an appointment time between 11:00am and 1:00pm. He arrived on time. He tested several parts of the fridge and explained that the problem was with the defroster thermometer. Went to purchase the new part and replaced it. I was so pleased that he actually returned my call in a timely manner, arrived at the appointed time, and explained exactly why the fridge wasn't working. He was friendly and the price was very fair.
