"It is a pleasure to work with Holistic Pest Control. From my first phone call to the office to completion of the work required, everyone was friendly and very helpful. The initial service was completed neatly and in a timely manner, and ongoing visits are made at regular intervals with a phone call the night before to remind me that there will be a visit the following day. I particularly like the fact that the same technician comes for each visit since he is familiar with any potential problems that might occur and knows my preferences. Thus far, with Holistic Pest Control, no additional pest problems have occurred!"

"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."

"The inspector came in and right away he could tell me where the mice were coming in and how we could prevent them from coming back. Overall great experience!"

"Terminix was quick to respond and to get out here for a termite inspection, which is what we needed. However, they signed us up for pest control and said their agent would be out to care for us right away. So far haven’t seen him yet. Will give 5 stars if that turns out well."

"Terminex e-mailed me within an hour of my request to let me know they'd be in touch. About 40 hrs. Later they called to set up an appt. To come out for the service I needed. Everyone, from the appt. Maker to the service tech. Was courteous, professional, and let me know they were there to resolve my issues. I had an initial treatment, a follow-up, & a free termite inspection performed, & the cost was average for my area for the services performed. I found out my home had issues we didn't even know about, and they were handled by Terminex immediately. I would highly recommend Terminex to each & every person who needs Pest Control services."

"Comes monthly to perform overall pest control. Excellent service."

"What I didn't like, I hadn't had any other problem in my house until I had an air conditioning problem.  While, they did take care of fixing most of the stuff with the air conditioning.  I did have to pay for the coolant that went into it, that was kind of aggravating, since you  know you are already going to pay a $60-$80 service charge for something and the you turn around and think you are covered and find out there are gaps of coverage.  We'll fix the part and pay for the labor but everything else is on you.  I think outside of price all the categories are an "A".  For price I'd give it a "C", because it's not like you are getting complete coverage.  I'd use them again if I needed to, I'd definitely consider it."
