"Omega Animal Removal - did not remedy the situation for which they have been paid. In Sep. 2020, we paid $2500 to Omega Animal Removal to remove squirrels that had broken into our attic. In Nov. 2020, I noticed squirrels had re-entered the attic, so I contacted Omega Animal Removal. Over the span of 4 weeks, I called and texted 5 times without ever receiving a reply. In Dec. 2020, I called the office and they dispatched a tech to my house. He remembered working on the house and agreed that the recent re-entry and damage was aggressive and needed repair. We made an appointment for his return the following week to remove the squirrels and make the repairs. He was a no-show on the appointed date. In Jan. 2021 I called the office again asking why the tech missed the appointment. I still have not received a reply from the tech or the office. I selected Omega Animal Removal based upon positive reviews and their 'lifetime' guarantee. I paid top dollar and yet my rodent problem has not been resolved and I can't get anyone at Omega Animal Removal to address and remedy the situation for which they have been paid. UPDATE 1/23/2021 - Good News- I did hear back from Omega Animal, one day after my posting here. They apologized and dispatched a guy to remedy the hole. I appreciate them taking care of this as advertised. I change their grade from an F to an A. I support them 100% ."

"This company did a great job for me removing my skunk problem. The owner, Jeremy, set up traps near my open crawl space and taught me how to use them. He always took my calls and answered my questions, including how to let an opossum out of one of the traps on the second day. After four days and no skunks he came back out to check under the house, remove the traps and seal up the crawl space. The smell had increased overnight and he confirmed my suspicions that a skunk had died. He crawled under the house, bagged it, sprayed the area with an odor control solution that I provided and tightly sealed up my crawl space. He even insisted on putting the cardboard shield for the traps in the recycle bin himself. I highly recommend Animal Capture Wildlife."

Dave S. was very accommodating, he gave us an approximate time of when he would arrive, called us when he was 1/2 hour away, and arrived on time and removed the skunk without it releasing any smell. "We used Lloyd's at our last home for many years and they were always great. Moving into a new home, we requested a termite inspection after being here for six years, concerned that if there were termites, we would like to have them eradicated early before any damage occurred. Karissa at the office set us up with an appointment promptly and was very professional at each contact. Enter Michelle their inspector. If I could give her 10 stars it would still be too little. First, Michelle arrived early after first phoning us asking if that would be okay. She arrived looking very professional and was courteous, professional, personable and so knowledgeable about pest control. She explained the inspection process, asked if we knew of any problem areas and started her inspection. Thorough, even explained the double screening in the attic was a good extra preventive measure, wore gloves and left everything spotless. Walked out to her truck and it too was spotless, showing great pride in not only her, but also company vehicle appearance. Thankfully we are termite free, and I would use Lloyd anytime in the future we have pests or even concerns about pests. We just would ask they send Michelle the next time for sure."

"Really easy for the exterminator.  I already knew of the areas of termite infestation inside and outside of the house, I even captured termites from the base board to show the exterminator.  The termites were found in a wide area of the house and it was determined the house had to be tented.  The exterminator spent approximately 30 minutes at the house talking about the tenting process.  When a house has to be tented, the exterminator sub-contracts a fumigator.  So the actual termite mitigation was done by the fumigation service versus the exterminating service.  The fumigator was as professional as the exterminator.  I called three exterminators to give me an assessment and Ecola was the most professional and experienced of the three. <br />"
