"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"Joaquin came by my home to do an inspection of the termite damages to my home, we discussed the treatment options available and I chose to have Joaquin do the repairs to my home. I had had 3 other companies come by to inspect my home but there was something about Joaquin that I liked. He would be doing the work himself and he was very pleasant to speak with and he was confident that the treatment he discussed would fix my termite issues. He showed up on time, did the repairs as discussed and also did a little favor for me under the house non related to my pest problems. When he finished up he supplied me with his final paperwork and told me to give him a call if I had any additional questions or issues. His pricing was competitive with other companies but I liked Joaquin the person and that is what made my final decision. I would recommend Joaquin to anybody needing pest control repairs to their home. Thanks Joaquin!!"
