"Yes, he called me back within 5 minutes after my request online and asked me several questions first to get an idea of what the problem might be. He then came out the next day (Saturday), explained what the problem was, and fixed it within 30 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and knows his products. He is friendly, and his rates are very reasonable. I will be using him again on other appliances."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Was able to have a same-day service call to diagnose our refrigerator malfunction. Nick told us what repairs were needed and provided a very reasonable estimate of the cost. He came back the next to complete the necessary repairs. He was very professional and efficient in his work and cleanup efforts. We will definitely contact him for any other appliance repairs we may need in the future repairs."

"Fast same day service, both techs were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about how to complete the ice maker repair and replace the unit. Highly recommend 1 Stop for all appliance repairs."

"Excellent service! Repair was timely! Friendly despite all my requests……I felt taken care of and will call the team for other appliance repairs! Thank you Charles and of course Manny!!! Also felt receptionist Bella was understanding!"

"Kevin was extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. It was easy to hire him and Thomas Home Services knowing that all of my needs will be met and a great job will be done. Thank you Kevin!!"

"Dave came out at the agreed-upon time to look at my broken clothes washer. His verdict was that it would cost more to repair than it would to replace it. To my surprise, he did not charge me for this diagnosis, saying he didn’t want to charge me when he didn’t help me. What a surprise! I would definitely use this service again when I need an appliance repair."

"Starfix is hands down the best appliance repair service I?ve used in Phoenix. They fixed my Sub-Zero fridge the same week I called. The technician was punctual, wore a professional uniform, and kept the workspace spotless. They clearly know their stuff when it comes to luxury brands. Great communication and fair pricing?I won't call anyone else from now on."
