"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

"Dave came out at the agreed-upon time to look at my broken clothes washer. His verdict was that it would cost more to repair than it would to replace it. To my surprise, he did not charge me for this diagnosis, saying he didn’t want to charge me when he didn’t help me. What a surprise!
